Identifying paranormal effects can lead to healthy results within Flat Earth thinking. A few things to make clear at the outset. 1. I do not propose that Flat Earth thinking includes the paranormal. Regarding point 1, although paranormal phenomena are observable, attention paid to that observation rules them out as real world events. 2. Paranormal phenomena are strictly psychological events, again, these events do not take place in the real world. My conclusion regarding point 2 is that believing paranormal events leads to a state of sickness, not wellness. For that reason, the conclusions of the paranormal cannot be Flat Earth valid statements. Flat Earth valid statements are those that lead to a state of health.
